The "SUB-ALERT" EAS/AV8S is a professional rack- mounted, 1X8 baseband balanced/stereo audio and video EAS switch. It was designed specifically for EAS switching applications and internally incorporates all audio and video distribution functions. As a result, 64 channels of audio/video baseband switching requires only 14" of rack space, that’s it! Program audio loops have a bandwidth from DC to 100kHz for compatibility with future audio transmission requirements. Another "Unique" feature of the EAS/AV8S is the auxiliary EAS "Audio and Video" loop through feature which allows multiple switches to be cascaded in series.
