Description:
The QRBA "8-Pack" return path amplifiers provide gain for passive isolation in a headend. The 3.5-inch rack-mount chassis comes with EIGHT clean, well-shielded RF amplifier circuit boards with 5 MHz to 200 MHz bandwidth.
The low-frequency QRBA is used as a buffer amplifier ahead of passive splitter networks inside the headend or hub sites. Each amplifier has a front facing RF output test point calibrated at -30 dB. Input equalizers and pads are accessed via the front cover. All input and output RF connections are rear facing and easily accessed from the front of the rack due to the shallow depth of the chassis. Two low-current hybrids share each heat sink for optimum cooling. |
