Description:
The Series 3000 Model R-166 solid state composite audio switch panel, is designed to switch composite audio signals, or composite video signals, or a combination via each 2x1 switch.
The switch uses an unbuffered high frequency video switch.
It is a solid state switch, with switching speeds of 15 ns or better. Isolation and return loss are excellent, and provide high speed switching in comparison with mechanical relays.

• Control of switches is accomplished via contact closure to ground, or by TTL compatible levels.
• Optional control of switches may be done using the optional SwitchWare PC based software, utilizing the incorporated RS-485 based serial controls. This allows up to 32 individual panels, each containing 4 2x1 switches to be controlled by each PC employed.
• RF Isolation: > -70 dB @ 5 MHz.
• High Frequency Roll-Off: +/- 0.01 dB @ 8 MHz
• Flatness of Frequency Response: -0.05 dB to 5 MHz
